Form the appraisals (1 in 2020 and 2nd in 2021) to the sale I have found Lee to be very professional and honest. From the get go I asked Lee to be frank and not give me the rainbow and cupcake view of my property, to which he did. My home was priced correctly in both appraisals for the market at the time.
