I have dealt with a number of real estate agents in the Rockingham area and I can confidently say that Lee is one of THE best agents in that area. He has unmatched local knowledge and a deep appreciation of properties from both residents and investors perspectives. Not to name drop, but be sure to avoid everyone coming from RAY WHITE ROCKINGHAM BALDIVIS because they are deceptive people doing dishonest things. If you ask around all local agents, you will find their how bad their reputation is. Honestly, ACTON team would be my first preference when it comes to selling properties.
