Lee helped achieved the sale of my apartment within a short 2-3 weeks from on-market listing despite a challenging market amongst the background of consecutive interest rate increases (with prediction of another 2 more to come), war in the middle east sending fuels prices skyrocketing and cost of living pressures. Lee navigated across these hurdles and sought potential buyers by focussing on the strong appeal of the apartment which was its location.
