We had been through another realistate agent before using lee at bar and standley and were hoping by switching we would get just a all round better service. We definitely did. We got out standing communication, a new attack plan, more excitment about wanting to sell our house and a lot more people through our door to look. Out standing job by lee and would highly recommend using lee at bar and standly to sell your house.

Thank you Lee Standley for your utmost professionalism. I recommend you strongly. If I need more real estate I'll be calling you.

We were on a tight schedule viewing houses and Lees was very helpful in getting us through. His knowledge was helpful in narrowing down our options and the deal was done swiftly and very professionally. We would recommend Lees to anyone wanting to buy a house or block in the south west and surrounds.

Where do we start? Our whole experience dealing with Lees was an absolute pleasure.Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful with any queries we had. Buying and selling houses can be a stressful time but we found our experience stress free thanks to Lees and we would recommend Lees and Standley to anyone. Thanks so much, regards, ,Liz and Murray Ruby

Lees was a wonderful agent to deal with. He sold our property for the amount we wanted and a quick turn over. We will definitely be happy to use him again.
