During my dealings with Leigh I found him having good judgement on buyers market guiding the property to achieve equitable price. Though, took time due to market trends and shifting economy for housing segment it did come through due to intelligence gathering, marketing practices and communication, competitive quoting and ongoing negotiation with the buyers. Although I did not have as much interaction with Leigh, he was a fantastic person to speak to. Chen was the main point of contact that I had, and she was just fantastic. Whether it was phone call or text message, she was quick to respond and was always able to work around my late working schedule which was fantastic. Chen knew a lot about other areas, even though we were not interested in those areas, we had a discussion about the surrounding areas whilst looking at a map on the wall in the office when we put down our offer. Her market knowledge and communication skills are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Leigh or Chen to anyone that I know. It was great dealing with some one that was friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. My mum is 90 year old and she was happy and felt safe for Leigh and his friendly staff to come into the house at any time, it was great to see someone that spoke to her and not just to me as a lot of people do..
