So I tried Leigh's service of selling my unit in noble park. After he appraised the unit, he gave me a certain figure of price as well as the time period to sell it, and the best thing was it become the truth. The price and time to sell were pretty correct according to his marketing prediction. So we didn't waste our time by using this agent. One more thing I have to mention here is he always return my calls in a short term, never need to worry if he missed my information. He sounds positive every time he talked in the phone too.
