From the first appointment Leigh has been friendly and very approachable. My mum has been in her home for over 55 years and Leigh understood straight away this was going to be a big deal for her. He was happy to listen and explain the whole process even if it meant answering the same question more than once. Communication with Leigh and all the staff was excellent from ringing to let us know before and after inspection of how things went. We were also given lots of marketing details of other home in the area to help us set a realistic sale value of the home. My mum was very happy with the final outcome of the sale.
