When we was ready to sell our property we had appraisal which we weren’t happy about, so I suggested Leigh Jordan to come have a look and his appraisal was much higher and commission lower. He gave me tips on where I could improve and I took it all on board. Our house was last one on the market in our street and first to sell and knew within minutes of meeting him that he was right person for the job. He keep us updated often, even if no news. I saw the human side of him and not just the realtor and saw early on why he and his assistant Renea are the best in the business. If I ever need to sell his number will be first I call.
