We dove into the market in January of 2023 looking for our first home. We were initially quite nervous, especially after we found a place we really loved that we were eager to make an offer on! Leigh guided us through the offering and settlement process with helpful advice and understanding. We always received feedback in the process promptly from him via phone or email, and he really made us feel we were his top priority despite undoubtedly having many other sales happening at the same time. Most of our in person dealings such as inspections were through his associate Renae, who was always punctual arriving at inspections and was very knowledgeable about the property, with the ability to answer most of our questions and quickly seek out an answer from the vendors over more obscure ones. We were expecting a long and arduous process purchasing our first home, but were pleasantly surprised working with Leigh and the team at One Collins at how easy they made the process.
