Leigh sold our property about 8 years ago to the people we bought it off for a good price. Two years later we bought through another agent for less than he had negotiated with the buyers initially so when we decided to sell we had an appraisal done by another agent and were not happy with the price.We felt it was just a quick sale price to get commission. We contacted Leigh as we were not living in the home and met him a few days later and did a walk through. He remembered the place and could see the extensive mods done so he did some research and gave us an asking price we thought was fair and not excessive. we handed him the keys and went back to Low Head. He quickly had the place advertised and his assistant Renee submitted a spiel for our approval which with a few alterations went on line. There were a number of inspections and we received feedback almost immediately. He always ensured the house was locked and secured after the inspections. Eventually after some months we moved back home and made sure things like the spa and pool were running and put the heaters on a few hours before inspections and within two weeks had an offer very close to the asking price and we accepted. What we appreciated the most was the constant communication so we knew exactly what people thought and the advice and encouragement we received. I would recommend Leigh and Renee to any prospective buyers or sellers.
