We had engaged Leigh to sell our existing family home as we were down sizing. We asked Leigh for assistance in buying a new home, and gave him an outline of what we were looking for in relation to size and layout, and an indication of what suburbs we would be happy to move to. Leigh put us on to a listing his agency had in North Coogee, our dream suburb, and we inspected the property and fell in love with it straight away. Leigh assisted us in negotiating a successful sale and terms which enabled us to put an offer subject to the sale of our family home. Initially I thought that we might not be able to achieve this but through Leighs' negotiating we achieved an outcome that suited all parties involved. From the perspective of both being a buyer and a seller we can only say that Leigh provides outstanding service.
