Honest, reliable, hard working, customer focus, great communicator and negotiator. From the very start, we knew we had made the right choice in getting Leigh to sell our property. After our tenants had vacated the property, Leigh immediately inspected the property and put to together a list of items we should consider to maximise its value. Once we agreed what improvements should be made to the house, Leigh personally arrange for quotes and trades people to access the house given we were time poor due to work and family commitments. Leigh carefully managed our expectations in setting the sale price and made sure they were not unrealistic in comparison to other properties in the area and to ensure the property generates interest. Within two days of the first home open, Leigh had obtained an offer above our asking price and could have easily stopped his efforts. Not being satisfied he had explored all available options for us, Leigh continued to actively market the property, have further home opens and follow up those people who viewed the house (called them, not text like some agents we have dealt with). Throughout each stage of the process, Leigh constantly provided us regular updates and was readily available to answer any questions - no matter if it was afterhours or on the weekends. We walked away knowing we sold our property at the best possible price and that Leigh left no stone unturned in his efforts.
