In the latter part of 2014 we enlisted Leigh & his team at Harcourts Blue, Kardinya WA to sell our home in Willetton WA with the hope of a quick sale/settlement , owing to family matters requiring our relocating to the Eastern States. A sale ,at a price to our satisfaction, and settlement within 4 weeks of signing an offer proved to be not a problem to Leigh and his team and associated parties. We were able to relocate to the East well before Xmas ,something we initially were highly sceptical of being able to do. Based on our dealings, we would have no hesitation in recommending Leigh and his team to any prospective vendors in the knowledge that they would receive personal, prompt and efficient attention.

It gives me great pleasure to write this testimonial for Leigh and the Hartcourt Blue Kardinya team. If you are about to embark on one of the biggest decisions of your life, buying or selling the family home and want a no fuss, professional and credible agent to represent you then you must engage Leigh and his services. Given his high integrity and sound knowledge of the Realestate market we received an excellent price for our home and the settlement process that followed was easy to understand and went without fault. Thank you Leigh we will recommend you to all our friends and have another sale for you shortly. Rob and Geraldine Landgren.
