The team at MVP had been managing my rental for several years and I was happy with their service so it was easy for me to choose MVP to represent my house when it came time to selling it. Whilst I had not worked closely with Leigh during the rental period, I worked closely with Leigh and Sarah over a few months to get the house ready for sale. In my dealings with Leigh, I found him to be very responsive (even outside of business hours!), transparent with his communications, and his communications about the "sellability" of my house, and knowledgeable about the market at the time of sale. Leigh (and his team) also went out of his way to drop by my house in his own time, several times, to fix things at the house (e.g. remove attachments from walls, purchase and change light globes, and more) which took some stress away from the selling process for me. The team also ordered things that were needed for the house which was very helpful. All up, Leigh (and the team) had been professional, communicative, reliable and generous with the selling process, and I would be happy to approach them again in the future.

We purchased our property through Leigh and Sarah. Overall it was a seamless process, with us being kept informed and updated throughout. Leigh genuinely seemed to care for us as buyers and was personable and approachable. He followed through on items that needed addressing. There were a couple of residual matters that didn't quite get sorted in time for settlement (responsibility of sellers, not Leigh) however Leigh promised to get them arranged asap after settlement and he was true to his word. We felt comfortable throughout the buying process and not rushed or pushed. Although not affecting our side of things as buyers, I was impressed by how far he went to help the elderly sellers in the lead up to settlement. Definitely what you would class as above and beyond. Would recommend.
