Leigh and his team were true professionals. From the beginning their advice on how to present the house and the starting price were spot on. They kept us informed all through the process especially important to us as we left on a long planned holiday to Europe the day before the opening of the house to buyers. They went out of their way to ensure we had all certifications, even assisted with trades for repairs. I think you will go a long way to find a more personable and dedicated team for your home sale.

We sold our property in Perth but we are living in the UK. Doing this from the other side of the world requires a very special agent, someone who does not get flustered and takes it all in their stride. The first time Leigh sold our property was very smooth, frictionless and straightforward. A few home opens, an offer, an acceptance and we were done (or so we thought). Unfortunately, a boundary dispute meant that this sale fell through. To further complicate matters, the property was then vacant for over a year while the boundary dispute was resolved. I feel that most other agents would have given up and walked away - but not Leigh! Not only did he stick with us but helped out with the boundary issue. Since the property was vacant, there was some maintenance which needed to be done. Not only did Leigh arrange this but the quality of his contacts/tradies was amazing! Without exception, they were all prompt and professional, just like Leigh! After a year, the boundary issue was resolved. One home open, 7 offers (!) and we were done. A few unexpected contract revisions must've tested Leigh's patience but he was understanding throughout. Every issue, even routine ones, were communicated promptly and he often responded well into his evenings. As we were 8 hrs behind (UK time), this was really helpful. This enabled us to deal with issues quickly and keep our momentum. At every turn, Leigh was exceptional and proactive with a work ethic well above what we expected. He did lot of things which were far outside what a normal agent would do; and he did all of this without being asked. In summary, I can't recommend Leigh highly enough. This was a tricky, protracted and problematic sale. However, Leigh made this so easy and trouble free by going above and beyond what would be done by an ordinary agent. Leigh is truly extraordinary agent!
We met Leigh at a different home open and realised that home was not for us. He engaged with us in conversation and recommended another property in the area after hearing our very specific requirements. We were aware of the other property, but had not previously shortlisted it for various reasons. Once viewing Leigh's recommendation (after he arranged a separate viewing for us) we realised that it was the perfect home for us and that he was an excellent judge of buyers needs. While researching the home we noticed that the seller had also previously bought the same home with Leigh, another check for a trustworthy agent. Once we had made an offer Leigh ensured that everything went very smoothly and we were even able to accelerate the timeline. Overall I can strongly recommend Leigh if you are looking to buy a home in the area.
