Leigh genuinely seemed to care for us as buyers and was personable and approachable. He followed through on items that needed addressing. There were a couple of residual matters that didn't quite get sorted in time for settlement (responsibility of sellers, not Leigh) however Leigh promised to get them arranged asap after settlement and he was true to his word. We felt comfortable throughout the buying process and not rushed or pushed. Although not affecting our side of things as buyers, I was impressed by how far he went to help the elderly sellers in the lead up to settlement. Definitely what you would class as above and beyond. Would recommend.
