Leighton made the whole process very easy for me. The property needed renovation prior to going on the market and he organised quotes and coordinated this work to get it on the market quickly. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He worked extremely hard to get the property sold during a very difficult time in the Market, with a higher than expected drop in property prices and outcomes of Banking Royal Commission making it harder for buyers to obtain loans. However Leighton continued to suggest new strategies to get buyers interested. I was extremely happy with Leighton's commitment, work ethic and professionalism. I believe he achieved the best possible price for the property during a difficult market, and I really appreciated his efforts.
