My property was with another agent or 5 months with no buyers. When David Johnson & Leighton Avery came to appraise my units. Both were so excitedto see the units. Both said that they could not understand why they were not sold.It was late November & they that they were sure they would sell Unit 3 before Christmas. I was excited at that prospect & then put Unit 2 in the new year. The Unit 3 had 2 opens , we had a 2 offers - one was accepted. then Leighton show the second lot of people Unit 2 .
