I went online and researched real estate’s agencies. One of the ones I got was Leisa Le from AP Realty. I read the reviews on Leisa and was immediately impressed. After contacting her I had a face to face meeting, Leisa was amazing she walked me through the process and promised me she could have my place sold within two weeks. After following her advice (staging) and doing a few renovations (that where need due to being a ex rental) Leisa had my place sold for the price I wanted in a week. You can’t ask for better service than that. If you’re looking for the best person and want your place sold fast than Leisa’s the agent for you. I can’t recommend her enough.

We were introduced to Leisa when we put an offer in on a house she was selling that eventually fell through, however we asked Leisa to sell our house when we found another one to purchase. we had discussions with 3 agents all of which were similar in their approach, yet Lesia stood out as she was easy to communicate with, didn't push for engagement etc... she also was willing to negotiate her fees to help us out due to us having to remove our house previously from the market after paying fees only 3 weeks earlier when the initial house sale fell through. she also has a good understanding of the forest lake area and guided us well on an appropriate sales price and strategy. she was quick to move as soon as we gave the go ahead and had us on the market within 2 days. she arrange for midweek open house at our request and advised us of offers quickly. we did have two offers well under asking and was advised to potentially reconsider the value of the property due to this, however when we stood our ground as asked to be notified on offers only above our acceptable value she was willing to help negotiate the sales value up to meet it. we sold for a price $2K under our preferred price which was $20K above the two initial offers received. We would definitely recommend Leisa to anyone selling their home in the forest lake area.
