As a long time resident of Forest Lake and after mixed results with other agents in the area on previous purchases/sales we thought we would give Leisa the job of selling our investment property after researching Leisa online and reading lots of positive experiences. We had already relocated interstate before we decided to list, additionally we had a tenant in the property so we were never able to present it at a standard that truly reflected the quality of the property. So from the beginning I was worried it was going to be a tall order with those two issues facing us. Leisa kept us unformed along the way with emails and calls, we didn't meet face to face until nearly the very end but never felt in the dark as the communication was fantastic. Most importantly she was able to assist buyers to see through the poor presentation of the property to the real value it demonstrated. Her never give up attitude was a blessing particularly through the trials and tribulations we had with the tenants at the time. Leisa helped me sell my investment property in Forest Lake. When I interviewed local agents, she stood out as really wanting the job. Leisa gave me good advice about how to market my house. She managed the process very professionally and kept in constant communication so the whole process was as stress-free for me as possible.
