On our first visit to the property we bought I did hear the old "I've got someone else looking at the Property" line and it did put us off in all honesty. While it may have been the case personally this only deters me from buying and as such we walked away. Why did we, in the end, buy the property you ask with Leisa? Well, Leisa redeemed herself time after time with her follow up on other properties she had available. In doing so the house we bought came back on the market and Leisa's speed in responding and ability to close the deal quickly, as well as her willingness to communicate with us outside normal working hours showed her commitment to helping us buy the house. Leisa was also very helpful in the final stages of the sale as we required some concessions from the Owner as banks took their time finalising their processes.
