We recently had the pleasure of working alongside with Lekshmi and were thoroughly impressed with the experience and dedication she had shown in. Lekshmi demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the campaign, with clear communication, strong buyer management, and a proactive approach that helped drive a great outcome for all parties involved. She has an excellent understanding of the local market and consistently kept things moving in a structured and transparent way.

Initially helpful and responsive, but communication dropped near settlement when she went overseas. Promised a live video call before settlement but only sent pre-recorded clips, hiding key property issues. Later found multiple defects and missing CCTV details. Disappointed by lack of transparency and follow-through.
