Lack of professionalism

Sita initially appeared responsive and cooperative, assuring that property cleaning and compliance certificates would be handled smoothly. However, the post-settlement experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was delivered as promised. He went overseas during settlement, leaving no one available to properly manage the handover, keys, or property walkthrough. The entire process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and stressful — a poor reflection of the agency’s coordination and accountability.

Professional, Reliable and Good Communication

In my case, I was the buyer and Sita Ram was representing the seller. My dealings with him was that he was very professional and reliable and answered all my questions and requests during the sale process. Also appreciated the little celebration in the end with my family upon delivery of keys :-)
