We recently moved to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane. We are former Real Estate agents ourselves and can be quite demanding. We contacted over 12 Agents on the coast 5 months before we moved up to make sure we had covered Pelican Waters to Noosa to ensure we had homes to consider. We notified all about our requirements and budget range. This you expect to be the norm in most cases. Apparently for most of these agents it was too hard! We were put on their generic database sending us information on properties that didn't meet any of our requirements. We were just another number. Were it possible to give Leon 6+ stars in all categories then we believe, based upon the service we received, it would have be totally justified. Having initially contacted him from our UK home his response gave us a high level of confidence. Upon our arrival into Australia Leon took great care to enquire and understand our needs in their entirety, specifically, in relation to our preference to be resident in Perigean Springs. That is, he took on board all demographics - our age, family configuration, etc, in order to recommend the best location for us. This was clearly at the expense to him of recommending more commercially advantageous properties which he believed would not suit our profile for one reason or another. He was articulate and explicit in detailing those reasons. Additionally, Leon always made himself readily available for further viewings and invaluable advice regarding the locale to include many services. The whole process - viewing, offer, negotiation, closing, mediation/communication - was enjoyable and without stress.
