Leon D'Penha was referred to us and from the moment we met him we felt that he was the right person we wanted to sell our home. We didn't want just any real estate agent because there is plenty of them out there. It is hard to find an honest real estate agent. We wanted our home to be sold by someone who was honest, who would not lie just to make a sale and make target but to sell our home with integrity and honesty. With found with Leon, he always went that extra mile for us despite initially we were unsure if we were wanting to go ahead with selling our home. Unfortunately, Leon's clients did not purchase our home but one of his colleague clients did but we never once have communicated with that agent. Leon did all the communication and still does today. It just shows that Leon is a good man who will provide exception customer service even if he does not get the sale commission. Leon has also been great help, directing us to a conveyancer, rental properties, great advice etc. Leon knew what our asking price was and between his buyers and his colleagues buyers we got a great price.
