Experience was ok. Talked with conviction and made me believe the off the plan settlement date was only 2-3 months away. Once the purchase went through back in July, settlement date kept getting pushed back. Now I’m told it’s January which I don’t know if it’s believable. Feels like over promise, under deliver.
Leon showed me to this property before it was widely listed, which was a much more comfortable experience for me, viewing without loads of pressure or others around.
