Always have excuses whenever you have questions on him. Almost an hour late waiting for his colleague to do final inspection of the property. He never call you for any update unless you call him. Nothing has been rectify from the issues seen during the initial house inspection until the final inspection.

From our initial contact through to exchanging contracts very few issues and if there were they were resolved without any undue stress.
