Leon communicated very well. He engages well. His written weekly progress reports (2 of) were clear & informative. Throughout the long period of association -more than 12 months before we signed on - he was persistent without being pushy. He was always polite and professional. One aspect that could/should have been better for us is more time & care be given to explaining the contents & options when completing important authority & contract documents.
