After having 2 failed contracts for various reasons, James persisted and navigated the challenges with utmost professionalism and empathy. He communicated with me often and reassured me that we would make it in the end, which we did. I am very grateful for the result that he has achieved in my behalf. I would highly recommend James, he has proven that he will go above and beyond.
From beginning to end, communication was great and nothing was a problem!
We would highly recommend James and Joel from Sell Exclusive for all of your property sales or purchases in the region. We were purchasing a property that required a few complicated repairs after the building and pest report prior to us proceeding with the purchase. James and Joel spent numerous hours seeking the appropriate trades for the repairs along with keeping us constantly informed of the progress and as we were living 4 hours away we had full trust in them getting the right outcome. James and Joel are not just contract writers but go the extra mile to achieve a positive result for both the vendor and us as purchasers. Julie and Graeme B Banksia Beach
A good understanding of the market, keep up to date, professional approach and an outcome that we were happy with.
Leon and James were easy to deal with, quick to respond, and confident and accurate in their knowledge of the local market. The entire process was handled professionally, and the sale ran without stress or complications. A reliable team who deliver exactly what they promise. Thank you Leon, James, and Joel, for a job well done.
We changed agents after 108 days and had a new buyer within a week once we engaged James and Joel of sellExclusive.
