Easy agents to work with for both buy and sell

I recently worked with James and Joel from the team on both a sell and buy. The sell was super easy and they were great to work with, the time between listing and getting to market was quick which was what I needed. When it came to my experience as a buyer - the seller I was purchasing from was a little bit of a nightmare, however, the team was great at communicating with me on where things were up to and worked to support the seller through the process. After somewhat of a process, the contract went through and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend the team and look forward to working with them again.

Use this guy to sell your house!!

Simon was the consummate professional. Not only did he manage the process from start to finish but organised all of the finishing touches from dressing the house, some small repairs and making sure all the negotiations pre and post signing of the contract went smoothly. I will be using him again!
