When we needed to sell our house, we were recommended to Leoni by another agent we knew. Leoni jumped in quickly and got all the ground work done (photos, getting details, etc) and started the marketing almost instantly. Our house was not going to be easy to sell, especially in an unfavourable market, and Leoni did all she could to find a buyer. We followed her advise on fixing a few things at the house - some paintwork, flooring, fixing a few things, and she found us a handyman who could do it all, at a good price, quickly! When she found the buyer, we were happy to accept the offer, after Leoni negotiated the price up as high as was possible. In brief, Leoni worked hard under less than favourable selling conditions, and managed to find a buyer for our home. I have no hesitation in recommending Leoni to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house. She was terrific!
