Absolutely no communication for settlement day. Lucky we had spoken to the vendors and knew they lived next door and had the keys. Before this we were under the impression we were to drive to the Barossa in order to pick them up. We were also not told anything about when to vacate our Salisbury Heights property. Between Harcourts and Lyons, I was thinking we would have a little more information.

We did notice many differences with buying in SA compared to WA & probably should have asked more questions upfront about the buying process and what we could have done in the initial offer period (i.e. Pest Inspections) but in the end we are happy to be in our new home.
