Leonie recently sold my two adjoining rural properties and achieved prices that I was very satisfied with and within a reasonable 3-4 month timeframe. As Much as the settlement was pretty straight forward which is perfect for our busy life , We feel disappointed about the lack of contact from Leonie . After talking to other people who have delt with realestate recently , they met the agent face to face , received congratulations upon the day of settlement , some even got gifts ! we didn't have any of these things happen . Leonies assistants were fantastic to deal with , very approachable. Personally we feel as if we got swept under the carpet a bit , maybe because it wasn't a hard sale , maybe because the sale price was low , emailing documents is fine but it shouldn't stop you from personally meeting your clients face to face . This is our third property purchase and plan to purchase more in the future , hopefully we won't be feeling this way next purchase . Hopefully our honesty can assist with some future improvements with customer relations . If I had to rate Harcourts staff that would be a different response .
