I was given realistic information about the value of the property, a reasonable timeframe to sell the property etc. Despite the timeframe given, she knocked it out the park and had a buyer in 3 weeks. From initial listing to settlement we were done in in just over 2 months. Could not have asked for a better result. Tenants were also very happy with her.
