Leonie didn't mess around. I was given realistic information about the value of the property, a reasonable timeframe to sell the property etc. Despite the timeframe given, she knocked it out the park and had a buyer in 3 weeks. From initial listing to settlement we were done in in just over 2 months. Could not have asked for a better result. Tenants were also very happy with her.

This review is real. Let us begin. No.13 sold for $420K and both parties sign the Contract of Sale (COS). No.13 is off-market, the next day the buyer cancels. Miss Leonie Toso said she had no idea the buyer would cancel. Mind you, Miss Leonie Toso has 10 years of experience in real estate. During this off-market week No.5, a smaller-copy four houses next door, sold for $440K. 17/10/22, No.13 is obliged to relist for $420-$440K. 26/10/22, a buyer offers No.13 $405K cash settlement (CS). realestate.com.au states No.5 sold for $440K. Miss Leonie Toso said in actuality No.5 sold for $390K. 27/10/22 the COS for No.13 is signed by both parties. 31/10/22, more on Google Reviews (GR). No.13 emails the COS to Miss Leonie Toso, to which she replied she had said, ‘No.5 - probably sold for $390K’. At that moment I lost all trust in Miss Leonie Toso and was overwhelmed with ambivalence. 2-3/11/22, more on GR. 3/11/22 No.13 informs Miss Leonie Toso that Maximum List Real Estate will receive a negative review due to No.13’s overwhelming sense of ambivalence. Miss Leonie Toso threatens No.13 saying ‘don’t do that or I’ll come after you’. Miss Leonie Toso you work for us. We hired you to act in our best interest, but instead we are left feeling ambivalent and with threats of ‘I’m coming after you’. We bought our first home through Leonie while located interstate. Leonie was extremely helpful and personable, while also going above and beyond when the seller and their conveyancer were particularly average. Leonie went to the property several times during the settlement period to measure up various areas so we could buy furniture in advance of the move down from Brisbane. This was particularly helpful as the seller's conveyancer denied us entry to the property to do so ourselves :( Communication throughout the process was great and Leonie was very informative and considerate, knowing this was our first home purchase. I would highly recommend Leonie and her team if you are buying or selling in the area.
