I found my love home because of Les. I had few choices in the area of Southern shores and got confused after day and day inspection. I am like every home buyer wants the best property with the lowest prices. I knew it is difficult to find. One day when I inspected a waterfront property with a jetty in the Illwong area, I thought it must be over my limit. All of a sudden, I received a call from Les. I told him I loved this property but I could only afford to pay no more than $3.2m(the price was more than $3.5m). Afterwards, Les worked very hard in between the vendor and myself. The price dropped from $3.5m, $3.3m, $3.2m..... Finally, I got $3.12m. It was over my expectations! I believed that I was lucky because of Les.
