From the time I made the first contact at 11 am Saturday morning and Les agreed to meet for viewing at 2 pm, he has been a fantastic agent. Letting me look around the property with no time pressures in order to allow me to have a thorough inspection and then 2 follow up inspection in the same week. The entire processes has been very transparent and clear especially with the time differences of about 16hrs between the buyer and seller.

Les has been wonderful throughout the entire process. Very accessible – 7 days a week and he definitely doesn’t restrict himself to office hours. I believe Les is very skilled at supporting the needs of the vendor and his responsibility to them while also understanding my situation. As this was my first purchase – he ensured from the first inspection until the settlement day it was a smooth process and was always professional answering any questions or concerns I had with my purchase.
