Les and Mitch Koczka visited me a number of times to chat about the market over probably about a year before I was ready to put my house on the market. Due to the difficult market conditions I decided to go with a different, "more experienced" Agent to sell. Unfortunately despite appropriate attention my property did not sell over the roughly 8 months I had it on the market & I withdrew it from sale in Feb 23. What can I say ... the man is a closer! He and Mitch make a great team, with excellent communication throughout the process, they listened to what I wanted, & went out and made it happen!
