I recently bought a property through Les and couldn’t be happier with my experience. His honest, transparent and genuinely friendly nature gave me a reassuring feeling through a daunting process. Les, Mitch and the team at Wolf Property felt welcoming, trustworthy and knowledgeable in an industry that is difficult to trust. The most noticeable thing was the absence of BS in all my interactions! Les was proactive and an excellent communicator with a great sense of humour. If I ever sell a property, this is exactly how I’d love my agent to deal with buyers!

Les and Mitch Koczka visited me a number of times to chat about the market over probably about a year before I was ready to put my house on the market. Due to the difficult market conditions I decided to go with a different, "more experienced" Agent to sell. Unfortunately despite appropriate attention my property did not sell over the roughly 8 months I had it on the market & I withdrew it from sale in Feb 23. I must have been called/visited by nearly every agency in Earlwood, plus agents from Campsie, Ashfield, Bardwell Park and Inner west after my sign was taken down. I gave a consistent story to everyone. This is the price I want, if you have the right buyer, they can come visit, but don't waste my time. Les turned up at my doorstep last week & said he had a buyer. I gave him a 1 week agreement, and he closed the deal in 4 days and negotiated a price I am very happy with. What can I say ... the man is a closer! He and Mitch make a great team, with excellent communication throughout the process, they listened to what I wanted, & went out and made it happen!
