I have had very little interaction with Lewis, but the bit I did have, I found him be respectful and helpful. However, what I did find disconcerting was the fact that it was not explained to me that the bid I placed was deemed as a contract (signed electronically )and when the bid was accepted it meant that I had signed a contract to buy. At no time was I told I had signed the contract to buy. As time was of the essence, I found I was floundering a little. My solicitor was aghast that I had signed the contract before she reviewed it. Now this could be because I have a absolutely no knowledge of how things are done in Queensland. A couple of weeks prior I sold my house in NSW. And the contract was signed several days after we’d accepted the buyers bid to buy. Clearly I was expecting the same thing to happen in this case. Apart from this, the agents at Plum, including Daniel, have been helpful and gone out of their way to help me with some of the anxiety I had with the contract. They’ve liaised with the owners and we’ve all come to an agreement which is satisfactory to all parties.

Lewis was outstanding. He provided excellent service, returned our calls and did a fantastic job at facilitating our purchase. He is an excellent absent. When we sell in the future, we will use Lewis.
