Professionalism and Personalism
I am going to praise McSold and have a little sook for all he has done for me in a long winded post.
I have know Liam for a few years now and felt I could approach him when I was struggling financially and was close to losing my home.
I asked his advice on what I could do to possibly stay in my house or if I had to sell up and move on. He gave me a number of a friend who could give me financial advice and talked to me about my options if I sold up.
It was clear that the position I was in that selling was my best option.
Liam came to my house and we talked for a long time. As hard as it was to think about and after all I had been through to try to keep the house, the house that I bought with my mum who passed away almost 5 years ago, I knew I made the right decision.
So with the paperwork signed on a Thursday afternoon for auction to go ahead and details of having photographs taken the next week, it was all systems go.
I had a call on Saturday saying a potential buyer had driven past my property and wanted to put in an offer on Monday morning.
Monday afternoon I sat down with Liam and was given an offer that was too good to resist and that was it, I had sold my house. Only days after deciding, it was sold.
Liam stayed with me for a little while after and talked to me to make sure I was happy with the decision to move ahead. I was happy, I was sad and had a cry too. As Liam left, he gave me a hug and thought the tears were sadness. I reassured him they were happy tears and tears of relief.
I am so grateful for working with McSold. He treated me as a client and as a friend and that is how he treats all his clients. He is compassionate, empathetic, a straight shooter and goes above and beyond for us.
He has checked in with me a few times since and knows that I am one happy camper.
He kept me realistic in the outcome and tried his best to get me the best price he could. He went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend him to everyone
