Was nervous about selling my home was recommended by someone as they had recommended someone else that sold within 1 week. Before halfway thru the discussion of the possible sale he was hired. He gave advice of what should be done to the house and saved me money on items I thought should be done, upfront with the fees and explained what the process was during the sale as first time seller. The house had interest on the first open 2 days after going on market and then after the second open had 3 offers. He kept me informed the whole way thru and used the conveyancer through him which was the right decision. Not only was it a quick signing, the price I received was $24000 over the expected price and $14000 over my hopeful price. Would highly recommend him rather than any other agent even in the same firm of harcourts in salisbury
