I decided to contact him as he was listed as one of the higher rated agents and people had positive things to say. I now understand why. Liam was instrumental in assisting me and providing real and genuine advice. He is one of the better agents I have had dealings with and I would use him with all my property investments interstate if I could. I found him to be personable and we could have open and honest conversations. He was straight to the point about any issues that arose and worked with me, by providing honest feedback. He never pushed me and left me to make my own decisions freely. I rate Liam highly and strongly recommend him, especially if you have property in his area.
