Liam has been very easy to get along with and has made this process easy for us first home buyers, I really enjoyed that he doesn't pit potential buyers against each other for a higher offer, I have had a bad experience with that before and wasn't looking forward to going through it again but Liam was straight forward "I'm not going to pit you against each other so put your best offer forward, make sure it's your best because I don't want you to miss out or say actually we can offer more when I call to say another offer has been excepted" straight shooter, easy to trust!
