When I first inspected the property, I instantly knew I this was a property I wanted. And because I had missed out on some properties before, I was very keen to put an offer to the owners prior to auction. I contact Liam soon after the open house and received some feedback about the value. Taking this into account, I made an offer in writing to the owners. Liam diligently took that offer to them. I contacted Liam again soon after and found that this was acceptable, provided that we exchanged the next day under auction conditions. Without hesitation we got the ball rolling and exchanged. Without Liam's prompt attention and facilitation of the exchange from the owner's end, we mightn't have been able to secure this property.
