Having started his career in the highly competitive NSW Central Coast marketplace, which is home to some of Australia’s top real estate agents, Liam knows what it takes to achieve results for his clients. A gifted negotiator, he takes genuine pride in achieving top dollar for his sellers and at the same time making the journey to reach that result as smooth as possible. “Most people fall into real estate by accident after they’ve tried a different career path, but when I was ready to knuckle down I knew real estate was what I wanted to do,” says Liam. “The opportunity to assist people with what is typically the largest transaction they will ever undertake is a privilege that I never take for granted, and I am committed to doing everything that I can to make that journey a profitable one for my sellers.” Born and bred in Canberra and a past student of Marist College, Liam ultimately wanted to come home and returned to the Nation’s Capital to help establish the Ray White Belconnen business in 2010. Since then he has been an integral part of the team and has received many awards, including repeatedly receiving recognition as being in the top 10% of the Agents in the country. Outside of work Liam is passionate about health and fitness, and he keeps the office honest when it comes to exercise and diet. He ventures to the Coast to see his family as often as he can, and loves to travel when time allows. Liam lives in Evatt with his dog Taro. He loves living in the suburb – specifically the local shops and services, proximity to Mount Rogers and the access to Belconnen and Gungahlin Town Centres.

Great agent, and well skilled in negotiations

We were comfortable with Liam from the beginning. Due to unforeseen circumstances he wasn't available for the initial part of the campaign. It was immediately evident upon his return (at the end of the campaign) the positive impact he had. Great agent.....

I had looked at a lot of houses before I bought the house Liam showed to me, one of the only agents that could answer all the questions I had to ask.. and very accommodating with viewing time as I don't finish work till 5:30.
