After signing the sale authorisation Libby and Ebony worked hard in the marketing process. Libby and Ebony were available all the time. The number of inspections they organised out of the opening homes was exceptional and shows their hard work. We believe that it is our agent's marketing strategy and negotiation skills contributed a lot to sell our property in three days and above our expected price range.
