My wife and I engaged with Cunningham's well in advanced (6-8 months) of listing the house on the market and went with their recommendations to use a stylist and undertake some minor works to present the house in its best light - this strategy definitely paid off, although at first we were reluctant of the required financial outlay on styling etc! We believe the result they achieved can be attributed to having the perfect mix of two agents male and female, being able to engage with buyers at all levels. We believe a real benefit using Cunninghams and the Matt/Lily partnership was the fact the auctioneer Matt Nicastri was involved in the day to day sales campaign thus knew the buyers intimately rather than just being an auctioneer who just shows up to be an auctioneer on auction day. This definitely helped extract the maximum value for our house, as Matt had an good insight into prospective buyers budgets and had a relationship with the buyers from dealing with them throughout the campaign.
