Lily took on the challenge of selling my deceased father's house in Vermont South that had not been renovated since it was built. Since I was based in Queensland, she took over the heavy lifting and advised on an appropriate marketing strategy, arranged for some great photos that accentuated the house's features, and ran an energetic campaign - with good regular attendance at open inspections. She also appeared to interact well with interested buyers, retaining a core group of repeat viewers that ultimately became core bidders at auction. On auction day, given the age & condition of the house, I was a little pessimistic about a good outcome. However, Lily and Ryan (the auctioneer) kindly asked me to trust that they knew their trade. I was not disappointed, when they called me to tell me they had far exceeded the reserve price and (I believe) set a new record baseline price level for the suburb!
