The five week campaign was structural and professionally well set out with ancillary support from the stylist, photographer and feed back. However, the day before auction being advised that we might not reach our minimum reserve and the house could be passed in, was unhelpful to us. On auction day the reserve was met but we felt that the auctioneer took control of the eventual selling price without allowing us more definitive price input. But overall we were satisfied with the result. Although we would never consider an auction ever again.
