We found Lily to be very professional and have great attention to detail. She kept us both fully informed over our 4 week marketing campaign with regular phone calls & txts and weekly face to face meetings. We found she has a very good knowledge of our local market and was able to give us appropriate advice when market conditions began to change in March. We did not feel at all pressured into selling but appreciated her well balanced advice. We were happy to have sold on the day of auction and with the price we obtained. We both happily recommend Lily as a great agent in the Vermont South area.
